The ideal candidate will be part of a team that will review an Army Aviation Weapon System architecture in a Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) environment to support the development of requirements, designs, assessments, and reports for a prototype testing environment. This architecture engineer will lead in the implementation, configuration, operation, and maintenance of the weapon system design to support assessment and testing efforts for a broader team. Coordinate with supported DoD and Non-DoD agencies to formulate and implement effective strategies and mechanisms to reduce the risk of compromise to sensitive programs and operations. The IDM Subject Matter Expert (SME) will provide IDM operational and training support while serving as the organization's SME for IDM matters, to include planning, coordination, training, implementation, and management; provide policy recommendations to the commander; prepare and submit reports regarding IDM operational activities. Apply comprehensive vulnerability risk management practices and principles to create and execute an IDM program to augment and enhance the Command’s operations security program. Work closely with the USASMDC’s Security (G-2) and Operations (G-3) sections during the "Planning and Directing" and "Evaluation" phases of the intelligence cycle.   Duties and Responsibilities: - Experience and understanding of a broad array of operational space systems, preferably with operations and DoD HQ-level experience - Create, sustain, and implement IDM plans for space operations. PeopleTec is currently seeking a Cost Analyst to support our Huntsville, AL location.   Candidate will accomplish requirements in support of a product manager to include: performing programmatic support to Product Manager's Cost Analyst Team by preparing or reviewing Life Cycle Cost Estimates, Independent Government Cost Estimates, Proposal Evaluation inputs, tasker inputs, Spend Plans, and other related cost inputs. Ideal candidates have recent and relevant experience gained from military/civilian service and are adept at briefing mid and senior staff personnel.  Duties Include:  - Communicate effectively with headquarters, technical, logistics, business, operations, and program teams within the Product Management Office to ensure the requirement is fully understood prior to developing Independent Government Estimates (IGEs) to support complex / multifaceted mission requirements, and to assist contracting as required to determine reasonableness of cost and assist with contract negotiations - Coordinate cost activities with other Project/Product Offices, other government agencies, and contractors to promote information exchange - Execute DoD cost estimating and analytical models to provide input and recommendations for design to cost, analysis of alternatives, independent cost analysis, cost reduction opportunities, technical and cost risk evaluation, and budget preparation for products and programs - Provide advice and technical assistance to the functional elements in identifying and evaluating program cost factors and cost impact on program alternatives - Conduct analysis and provide recommendations to the Contracting Officer Representative (COR) and senior staff regarding prime contractor submitted cost and performance reports - Analyze mission requirements to determine cost parameters, specific cost factors and relationships to be utilized in constructing cost models - Refine and adjust cost models in response to changes in technical specifications, support requirements, design alternatives, engineering and operational trade-off proposals - Calculate risk of trade off analysis and other studies - Provide programmatic support for the formulation, development and assessment of program and project schedules - Demonstrate proficiency with DoD Directive 5000 series, Defense Acquisition Guidebook (DAG), Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS), Truth in Negotiations Act (TINA), Cost Accounting Standards (CAS), and industry business best practices - Conduct and document broad base analyses and assessment Benefit Costs Analysis(BCA) / CostBenefit Analysis (CBA) to support organizational planning and development - Provide cost analysis to support budget planning, formulation, execution, justification, impact assessment, and reporting - Develop and maintain detailed, automated cost models complete with excursions for multiple programs to assist with program analysis, planning, scheduling, and execution of funds - Develop Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) elements in various appropriation categories and their Cost Estimating Relationships (CERs) and methodologies - Assist with the development and review of Pre-Award Contract Requirement Package (CRP) documents to include: Market Research, Acquisition Plan/Strategy, Justification and Approval (J&A), Determination and Findings (D&F), Performance Work Statement (PWS), Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL), IGE, Request for Information (RFI), Solicitation Draft - Evaluate the following cost elements: labor, travel, materials, other ODC, overhead, G&A and cost of money - Assist with the establishment of long range procurement objectives for requirements to be executed each fiscal year - Utilize independent judgment to plan, prioritize, and organize a diversified workload in a high-optempo and detail-oriented test environment - Participate in definition of assignments, including identification of work to be done and deadlines for completion - Interpret regulations

  - Support development and coordination of the overarching JEMINI program schedule; support review and coordination of the contractor Integrated Master Schedule (IMS). - Coordinate with team members regarding external scope of work and schedule to support joint space or multi-domain command and control (C2) objectives, to include schedule for hardware / software upgrades, engineering documentation / reviews, development, system accreditations / cyber requirements, test events, fielding decisions, etc. - Coordinate with team members to identify internal and external support tasks and associated schedules for networks, communications, logistics, deployment of element node / interface equipment, etc. to support integration of sensors and external systems - Audit the contractor Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) for logical dependency relationships relating to systems and capability development and identify any associated risks - Coordinate with team members to resolve internal and external schedule disconnects, identify task successors / predecessors, and address impacts due to schedule delays associated with related / dependent tasks - Coordinate and conduct quarterly IMS Quantifiable Backup Data (QBD) Traces in order to ensure Jira traceability and status accuracy of the contractor IMS - Ensure the contractor plans, utilizes, and reports resources with appropriate experience and timely team assignments in Jira linked to IMS tasks; evaluate contractor resource status reports / delays at monthly reviews - Validate contractor monthly Cost Schedule Executive Round Table (CSERT) and Earned Value Management (EVM) reporting from a technical perspective, including review of Baseline Execution Index (BEI) and Current Execution Index (CEI) reporting to leadership through IMS analysis - Track/facilitate Government Furnished Equipment (GFX), identify appropriate Action Officers, obtain status updates, and provide consolidated status to the team and JEMINI Program Manager - Support Risk and Opportunity Management Board (ROMB) reviews and ensure mitigation plans are in place - Coordinate support tasks and associated schedules for networks, communications, logistics, deployment of element node / interface equipment, etc. to support integration of sensors and external systems. - Review Contracts documentation (SOW, Tech Evaluations, etc.), as required, from a technical schedule performance perspective

PeopleTec is currently seeking a  Mid-Level SATCOM Military Analyst  to support our Peterson  Air Force Base Colorado Springs, CO.     The Mid- Level Military Operations Analyst will provide Wideband Global SATCOM (WGS) Subject Matter Expertise (SME) support for activities required in the effective implementation, management, and direction of the Operational Project Lead (OPL) activities required to implement Wideband SATCOM operations in accordance with agreements established by the WGS Multilateral Memorandum of Understanding (MOU). Extensive interaction with Australia, Belgium, Canada, Czech Republic, Denmark, Luxembourg, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Polandand the United Kingdom is required. The WGS SME shall support all operational and technical related aspects of the WGS Multilateral MOU.   - Maintain a direct liaison with the U.S. Military Departments, Joint Staff, Defense Information Systems Agency, International Partners, the Office of the Secretary of Defense, and the users of SATCOM systems as directed to provide necessary support to the OPL responsibilities. - Support the development of policy and procedures for the implementation of all operational aspects of the WGS Multilateral MOU. - Develop, prepare, deliver, and present reports and briefing materials as directed for recurring and ad hoc meetings in support of the MOU. Attend and provide reports/meeting minutes on wideband meetings including, but not limited to, the Wideband Working Group, Technical Interchange Meetings, O-6 level Project Status Review and Operations Support Working Group, and the General Officer Steering Committee. - Develop processes and procedures for providing situational awareness to each International Partner regarding its Baseline Resource Allocation (BRA) and system usage. - Develop and manage Baseline Resource Allocation monitoring tools and reports.
