As a Contracts and Compliance Officer, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our organization adheres to all contractual obligations and regulatory requirements associated with government contracts. - Audit and Reporting: Conduct regular audits and reviews to assess compliance with contractual requirements, internal policies, and relevant regulations. Prepare reports and documentation for internal and external stakeholders, including government agencies and auditors, as necessary.
- Training and Guidance: Provide guidance and training to internal stakeholders on government contracting processes, compliance requirements, and best practices. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure understanding and adherence to contractual obligations.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain positive relationships with government agencies, subcontractors, and other external partners involved in contract execution. Serve as the primary point of contact for contract-related inquiries and issues, fostering open communication and resolving disputes effectively.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency enhancement within the contract management and compliance functions. Propose and implement initiatives to streamline processes, reduce risks, and optimize contract performance.

The Mid- Level Military Operations Analyst will provide Wideband Global SATCOM (WGS) Subject Matter Expertise (SME) support for activities required in the effective implementation, management, and direction of the Operational Project Lead (OPL) activities required to implement Wideband SATCOM operations in accordance with agreements established by the WGS Multilateral Memorandum of Understanding (MOU). Extensive interaction with Australia, Belgium, Canada, Czech Republic, Denmark, Luxembourg, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Polandand the United Kingdom is required. The WGS SME shall support all operational and technical related aspects of the WGS Multilateral MOU.
- Maintain a direct liaison with the U.S. Military Departments, Joint Staff, Defense Information Systems Agency, International Partners, the Office of the Secretary of Defense, and the users of SATCOM systems as directed to provide necessary support to the OPL responsibilities.
- Support the development of policy and procedures for the implementation of all operational aspects of the WGS Multilateral MOU.
- Develop, prepare, deliver, and present reports and briefing materials as directed for recurring and ad hoc meetings in support of the MOU. - Develop processes and procedures for providing situational awareness to each International Partner regarding its Baseline Resource Allocation (BRA) and system usage.
- Develop and manage Baseline Resource Allocation monitoring tools and reports. Track and report Satellite Access Request and Satellite Access Authorizations metrics.

PeopleTec has an exciting new opportunity and is looking for a growth minded, inspirational leader to participate in all associated strategy, business development, capture, and proposal activities for US Space Command, US Space Force, and Space Systems Command. The Senior Space Advisor will report directly to the Business Unit VP for Space Business Development and Strategy and is aligned to the VP for the capture and development of Space opportunities. The individual performing in this position leads all PeopleTec efforts related to space business development with the US Space Force, US Air Force, and select DoD agencies with a primary space mission (e.g. Space Development Agency).
As summarized above, this individual will focus on developing and implementing strategies to position PeopleTec’s space lines of business for sustained growth and profitability. Specific areas of emphasis include:
Leadership and Internal Collaboration
The Space BD Lead will collaborate internally across group capabilities and engage with business development staff in all aspects of business development. The Space and Strategy BD Lead will personally run select, high priority captures and proposals.
BD Strategy
The Space and Strategy BD Lead applies market analysis and related information to develop strategic plans and inform decision-making for investment priorities. The individual collaborates with the organization’s BD strategy and market assessment activities by integrating information gleaned from customers, industry experts, competitors, and other business leaders.
The individual influences corporate business strategy for entry and growth in new market areas through development of new business models, internal technology investment, joint venture agreements and development of new marketing channels.
Customer Engagement and Market Positioning
This individual has a very high tempo of engagement with senior Defense Space customers, to sustain situational awareness of the space marketplace, influence customer perception of PeopleTec, and promote knowledge of how PeopleTec capabilities can help customers achieve better mission outcomes. The individual works with the PeopleTec Business Development team to drive connections to buyers of space-related services and products, attending seminars, forums, providing white papers, and conference participation, to strengthen PeopleTec’s reputation as a trusted expert and increase the number of new business opportunities in the pipeline.
