Success in this role hinges on a blend of traditional sourcing strategies and innovative, high-impact recruiting methods for a wide range of positions—from high-volume, entry-level roles to executive-level technical and programmatic roles.

In this role, you’ll play a critical part in our growth, working closely with hiring managers to fill open roles and build a team that moves our mission forward.

Key Responsibilities

Recruiting

  • Screen candidates to assess interest level, salary expectations, relocation needs, and alignment with qualifications.
  • Evaluate candidates based on experience, education, skills, training, organizational fit, and future potential.
  • Maintain a robust network of contacts to source qualified candidates efficiently.
  • Proactively monitor and adjust sourcing strategies to maintain a well-qualified applicant pool.
  • Create and post requisitions, keeping recruitment workflows organized in our ATS.

Campaigns & Branding

  • Collaborate with the Communications & Engagement Lead to design and implement impactful recruiting campaigns and branding initiatives.
  • Identify and leverage appropriate recruiting channels, including meet-ups, local campaigns, employee referral programs, college recruiting, social networking, and targeted websites.
  • Organize and host on-site job fairs and represent PeopleTec at external recruiting events.

Onboarding & Engagement

Qualifications

  • Minimum of two years of experience as a full life-cycle recruiter, preferably in the DoD industry.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Management, or a related field (or four additional years of directly related experience in place of a degree).
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment while maintaining organization.
  • Strong organizational skills, a passion for recruitment, and a commitment to follow-through.
  • Eager to build a meaningful career and contribute to company growth, rather than simply seeking another job.
