Opportunity

PeopleTec is currently seeking a  Analyst II to support our Huntsville, AL location.

 

PeopleTec is currently seeking an experienced Analyst to support the Missile Defense Agency/Joint U.S.-Israeli Cooperative Program Office at the government site location in Huntsville, Alabama

 

Duties Include:

  • Monitor Committee on Foreign Investment in the U.S. (CFIUS) and complete assigned cases
  • Support and track Foreign Military Sales (FMS) cases and programs
  • Monitor, track, and facilitate review of FMS Third-Party Transfer data
  • Receive, create, analyze, track, delegate, and/or close tasks (task management)
  • Provide Export Policy/International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) guidance
  • Review and assist with ITAR exemptions, and import and export documents (e.g., export licenses)
  • Participate in meetings and assist with task prioritization, resolve issues, facilitate supervisory decisions, and track meeting action items
  • Support foreign disclosure for briefings, data sharing and information exchanges between the Program Office and partnering nations and organizations
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

 

Required Skills/Experience:

  • A proactive self-starter with excellent people, organizational, and communication skills
  • Work independently and/or actively collaborate as part of a Team
  • Able to plan, coordinate, and support product/briefing development and required documentation in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment
  • A willingness to perform a variety of tasks based upon the needs of the program
  • Experience interacting and supporting senior-level government customers
  • Ability to follow established procedures and solve routine problems
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office 365, Adobe Acrobat, SharePoint
  • Possess a current U.S. passport
  • 0% to 10% of the time to various locations to include manufacturing sites, integration sites, and sites within the CONUS or OCONUS.

  • Travel: 0% to 10% of the time to various locations to include manufacturing sites, integration sites, and sites within the CONUS or OCONUS.
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen
  • An active DoD Secret clearance is required to perform this work. Candidates are required to have an active Secret clearance upon hire, and the ability to maintain this level of clearance during their employment.

Education Requirements:

  • BA/BS with 3 plus years working on missile defense-related or other DoD programs/projects

Desired Skills:

  • Experience with Missile Defense Agency policies and procedures
  • Experience with ITAR, TAA, and Export Policy processes and procedures
  • Experience with task management software/tools
  • Experience with missile defense programs
  • Experience in Foreign Military Sales and Third-Party Transfers
