PeopleTec is currently seeking a Program Integrator to support our Huntsville, AL location.

 

We are seeking an innovative and motivated Program Integrator to join our team in Huntsville, Alabama. This critical role is central to ensuring seamless integration across infrastructure and program elements, aligning logistics, technical, and programmatic requirements with organizational objectives. Leveraging best practices and state-of-the-art tools, the Program Integrator will play a vital role in coordinating activities across stakeholders to drive mission success and operational excellence.  In addition to its programmatic focus, this position involves high-level executive support. The Program Integrator will manage schedules, prioritize tasks, and provide essential operational assistance, empowering leadership to focus on strategic initiatives. This dual-function role requires a strategic thinker with exceptional organizational skills, critical analytical abilities, and a proven track record of credibility and support.

 

Duties:

  • Provide high-level support to the Executive/Program Manager by coordinating activities across stakeholders to ensure alignment with program objectives.
  • Partner with engineering, logistics, and program management teams to develop and refine capabilities that meet mission requirements.
  • Assist in the identification, documentation, and management of program and contract requirements while ensuring compliance and integration across infrastructure and program elements.
  • Track, analyze, and report program and contract metrics—including performance, milestones, and risk assessments—and prepare regular updates to support informed decision-making by leadership.
  • Support workforce development initiatives by creating position descriptions and implementing strategies to attract and retain a highly skilled workforce.
  • Serve as an interface and facilitator with workforce and infrastructure teams to ensure operational alignment and efficient communication.
  • Identify, assess, and manage integration, cost, schedule, and performance risks to support seamless program execution.
  • Collaborate with the finance team to monitor and execute program budgets, ensuring adherence to financial constraints and reporting requirements. Provide input for funding requests in accordance with DoD financial management processes.
  • Maintain comprehensive and organized data repositories, ensuring secure storage and easy retrieval of critical program documents, such as reports, contracts, and SOPs. Regularly update and manage file inventories to ensure accuracy and accessibility.
  • Coordinate and assist with employee travel arrangements, including travel advances, pre-approval submissions, expense reporting, and ensuring compliance with organizational travel policies. Maintain proper documentation and support a smooth process.
  • Plan and coordinate events, including transportation arrangements, social functions, and meetings. Handle site selection, guest lists, invitations, seating arrangements, and on-site administration for high-profile meetings, conferences, and other events.
  • Assist in protocol and event management activities such as event design, setup, and cleanup, ensuring professional and efficient execution.
  • Maintain organizational SOPs to enhance operational efficiency, manage executive calendars, and provide critical administrative support.
  • Collaborate on business development initiatives, including maintaining a BD pipeline, conducting competitor analysis, tracking new opportunities, and supporting activities to sustain and grow the business.

Qualifications

Required Skills/Experience:

  • High degree of professionalism and experience in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Exceptional time management skills, with the ability to prioritize competing deadlines and manage complex tasks efficiently.
  • Adaptability to shifting priorities and evolving requirements in a dynamic environment.
  • Experience in related fields of expertise at the program/project level.
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint, Teams) and Adobe Acrobat.
  • Ability to prepare detailed written reports and briefings suitable for presentation to senior leaders.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Team player with excellent interpersonal skills and a proactive approach to collaboration.
  • Flexible and positive attitude in the face of challenges and ambiguity.
  • Ability to take the initiative to better support the organization.
  • Experience in planning, organizing, and executing high-profile events or meetings is an asset.
  • Position to be performed at a corporate site location Monday through Friday, with situational telework approved as needed.
  • Must have a current driver’s license.
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen.
  • Active U.S. DoD Secret clearance is required to perform this work, with the ability to maintain clearance throughout employment.

Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher, from an accredited university, business administration, or related field, for the performance of these duties.
