Solutions Architect – Test & Evaluation

PeopleTec is currently seeking a Solutions Architect - Test & Evalutation to support our Huntsville, AL location.

We are seeking a dynamic Test & Evaluation (T&E)-focused Technical Leader to coordinate the development, integration, and strategic positioning of multiple digital transformation products that collectively enable a DoD-wide Digital Engineering (DE) Ecosystem in support of T&E and Acquisition. This ecosystem includes integrated off the shelf, custom, and orchestration solutions & services that form a digital thread across mission areas.

The ideal candidate is a strategic systems thinker and product evangelist with strong technical fluency, exceptional stakeholder engagement skills, and the ability to architect cross-product integrations that deliver enterprise value.

Duties:

• Product Integration
  Serve as the connective tissue across product teams to develop an integrated product ecosystem. Identify and drive opportunities for technical integration to support orchestration and digital thread objectives. Translate T&E stakeholder mission outcomes into product requirements that span multiple toolchains and environments. Work with other Technical Leaders and SMEs to drive strategic growth plans and roadmaps.
• Stakeholder Engagement & Product Evangelism
  Deliver high-impact product briefings, demos, and roadmaps to DoD leadership, program managers, and end users. Champion the value of DE and modernization initiatives by clearly articulating operational and strategic benefits. Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders, end users, and technical teams.
• Dynamic Test Management & Automation
  Help design and implement capabilities for automated test planning, context-aware digital test environments, and the traceability of authoritative data along the digital thread.
• T&E Ecosystem Planning
  Collaborate with architects and engineers to define and evolve the digital ecosystem architecture. Ensure interoperability across domains and integration with government-owned and open-source tools. Support delivery of documentation and artifacts that describe the integrated toolchain and data flows.

Required Skills/Experience:

• 8+ years experience in product management, systems engineering, or technical program management.
• 3+ years experience with automated test infrastructure, model-based systems engineering (MBSE), and digital thread implementations.
• Agile mindset with experience in product delivery and strategic alignment
• Strong understanding of digital engineering, model-based systems engineering (MBSE), and DevSecOps principles.
• Proven ability to manage and communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience working within or alongside DoD acquisition, T&E, or enterprise digital transformation efforts.
• Exceptional communication, briefing, and presentation skills—especially with senior leadership.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen
• An active DoD Secret clearance is required to perform this work. Candidates are required to have an active Secret clearance upon hire, and the ability to maintain this level of clearance during their employment.

Education Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent work experience)

Desired Skills:

• Proven experience driving digital engineering in a test & evaluation effort
• Experience with the acquisition/testing of a digital-born DoD program of record
