Senior Requirement Engineer

PeopleTec is currently seeking a Senior Requirement Engineer to support our Huntsville, AL location.

PeopleTec is seeking Senior Requirement Engineer to support the Missile Defense Agency Ground Based Midcourse Defense Program Office. Position requires candidate to analyzes computer software required to support hardware or technical service products of a major DoD System. Reviews system architecture and implements appropriate development and support tools to ensure product performance.

Duties:

• Develop and Manage Weapons System Requirement

• Conduct Requirement Analysis and Trade Studies

• Manage Requirement Traceability

   

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders

Required Skills/Experience:

• DOORS experience

• Knowledge of Model-Based System Engineering (MBSE)

• Self- Starter

• Must be a U.S. Citizen
• An active DoD Secret clearance is required to perform this work. Candidates are required to have an active Secret clearance upon hire, and the ability to maintain this level of clearance during their employment.

Education Requirements:

• Master’s Degree and 12+ years of experience or a Bachelor’s Degree Required with 20+ years of experience

Desired Skills:

• Experience with GMD and C2BMC

• Experience working in CAMEO

• STEM degree
