The Management Analyst will provide direct support to the Missile Defense Agency (MDA) by combining strong administrative expertise with analytical skills that enhance organizational performance. This role will focus on improving processes, supporting leadership decision-making, and ensuring compliance with DoD and MDA strategic priorities.
Develop and implement procedural improvements to streamline workflows and increase workforce productivity.
Assist management with policy formulation, process adherence, and compliance monitoring.
Collect, analyze, and report workforce and program data to leadership for informed decision-making.
Prepare business and financial reports in alignment with DoD and MDA objectives.
Coordinate personnel activities including recruitment support, onboarding, and documentation tracking.
Support executive and program staff through clear communication, data-driven recommendations, and efficient documentation practices.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field (experience may be considered in lieu of a degree).
3+ years of relevant experience in administrative or management analyst roles supporting DoD or federal programs.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Experience supporting the Missile Defense Agency or other DoD acquisition organizations.
Knowledge of federal workforce policies and DoD administrative processes.
Demonstrated ability to collect and analyze data to support leadership reporting and recommendations.
Must be a U.S. Citizen.
Active Secret clearance required; Top Secret clearance preferred.
Collaboratively develop operational and system architecture views with external agencies such as Joint Integrated Air and Missile Defense Office (JIAMDO).
