The U.S. Army Rapid Capabilities and Critical Technologies Office (RCCTO) is seeking a mission-focused and versatile Program Analyst to support the Directed Energy Project Office (DEPO). This role requires a unique blend of operational awareness, technical coordination, and data-informed decision support. The ideal candidate will assist in synchronizing program activities, managing tasking and planning workflows, and contributing to systems engineering and integration planning.  A key element of the role involves collecting, processing, and visualizing data from field tests and lab events to support performance evaluation and leadership decision-making. This position offers a challenging opportunity to contribute to the rapid development and fielding of high-energy laser weapon systems. • Track and manage internal and external action items, assignments, and deliverables across integrated product teams (IPTs).
    • Attend and contribute to organizational stand-ups, working groups, and IPTs; document action items and assist with follow-up.
    • Develop and refine internal tracking tools for activities, milestones, and decisions; ensure awareness and alignment across stakeholders.
    • Draft and coordinate correspondence, executive briefings, talking points, and white papers.
  • Data Collection & Visualization Support:
    • Assist with the planning and execution of data collection during field tests, lab demonstrations, and operational events.
    • Compile, clean, and organize collected data sets from test events and technical teams.
    • Generate visualizations and summary products (charts, plots, dashboards, reports) to support leadership understanding and assessment of key performance parameters.
    • Collaborate with analysts and engineers to align data products with test objectives and decision needs.
  • Systems Engineering & Technical Integration Support:
    • Support development of documentation such as requirements traceability, integration planning, and verification matrices.
    • Assist government systems engineers by coordinating inputs from multiple technical stakeholders.
    • Participate in design reviews and technical discussions; capture key technical risks, decisions, and action items.
    • Help ensure consistent configuration and interface documentation across efforts.
    • Track test objectives and performance indicators to support system-level assessments.
