Opportunity

PeopleTec is currently seeking a Project Control Analyst to support our Huntsville, AL location.

Responsibilities are as follows:

  • Preparation of financial internal/external reports to include Annual Operating Plan, EACs/ETCs, WBS setup, charging practice. determinations, purchase requisitions, monitoring subcontractor costs, review/approve/track invoices, CFSRs, and prepare customer invoice backup documentation.
  • Participates in the preparation of budgets for all contract work and performs and/or assists in financial analysis, such as funding profiles, revenue outlook, and variance analysis.
  • The candidate must be able to multi-task and support multiple complex elements of the project efficiently and effectively.
  • Interface with contract, subcontract, contract accounting, accounts payable, accounts receivable, purchasing organizations, pricing, as well as Program Managers, Corporate Line Management, and external customers.
  • Review Request for Proposals (RFPs) and prepare pricing models. 

Qualifications

Required Skills/Experience:

  • JAMIS accounting system experience preferred
  • Strong analytical skills and demonstrated ability to meet goals and deadlines accurately and on time in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in data tracking and researching
  • Ability to work productively under minimal supervision and follow instructions (oral and written).
  • Ideal candidate must be able to work cooperatively with others and maintain effective work relationships with all those contacted in the course of performing required duties.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and proprietary information
  • Other duties as assigned by the company CFO and management

  • Must be a U.S. Citizen

 

Education Requirements:

A completed Bachelor's Degree in a related field from an accredited university is required.
