The Program Integrator for Sirena and Future Capabilities provides technical leadership, strategic integration, and program execution support for Product Manager Scalable Hypersonics (PdM SHY). Addressing a critical capability gap, this role leads the identification, evaluation, and onboarding of new high-priority warfighter capabilities into the SHY portfolio to ensure long-term program sustainability. The candidate provides primary management and technical oversight for the transition and execution of the Sirena program, while actively scouting, analyzing, and integrating sensitive, high-priority hypersonic and offensive fires opportunities across Government matrix teams, DoD laboratories, and industry partners. This position translates complex, sensitive technical data into decision-quality recommendations for senior leadership.

DUTIES:

  • Future Capabilities & Portfolio Growth: Lead efforts to identify, evaluate, and onboard prospective hypersonic technologies, emerging warfighter requirements, and strategic opportunities to sustain and expand the PdM SHY product office portfolio.
  • Sirena Program Execution: Provide dedicated program integration, technical management, and interface alignment support for the transition and execution of the Sirena program.
  • Special Program Technical Integration: Coordinate sensitive, high-priority offensive fires initiatives across PdM SHY, matrix organizations, government labs, and specialized external partners.
  • Requirements & Interface Alignment: Develop, refine, and validate technical requirements, concepts of operation (CONOPS), and interface control documents for prospective programs joining the SHY portfolio.
  • Engineering Analysis & Feasibility: Conduct technical evaluations, trade studies, and feasibility assessments to determine the viability of integrating new missile, launcher, or software technologies into existing SHY architectures.
  • Stakeholder Synchronization: Lead cross-functional coordination between government engineering teams, military service partners, and industry contractors to synchronize schedule, budget (RDTE / MDEP FPCA), and technical baselines for future initiatives.
  • Executive Decision Products: Prepare high-level technical briefings, position papers, risk assessments, and transition plans for AFPO, PdM SHY leadership, and external senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

Required Skills/Experience:

  • 7–10+ years of engineering, technical project management, or program integration experience within DoD, Army, or Joint program offices.
  • Proven track record supporting rapid-response initiatives, advanced capability development, special projects, or new program onboarding.
  • Experience evaluating emerging warfighter requirements and translating them into actionable program strategies.
  • Strong background in systems engineering, requirements management, and system-of-systems integration.
  • Demonstrated ability to build consensus and coordinate across diverse, multi-agency technical and operational stakeholders.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; demonstrated experience briefing senior DoD leaders.
  • Proficiency with standard Microsoft Office tools (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook).
  • Must have a current driver’s license.
  • Travel: 10–20%.
  • Citizenship & Security: Must be a U.S. Citizen. Active DoD Top Secret / SCI (TS/SCI) clearance required upon hire.

Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Systems, Aerospace) or a related technical field.
  • Master’s degree preferred.

Desired Skills:

  • Specific experience with PdM Scalable Hypersonics (SHY) or AFPO programs (Sirena, MROM, ASHS, Blackbeard, CAML).
  • Background in hypersonics, offensive fires, advanced munitions, or strike weapon systems.
  • Experience working within PEO Missiles & Space, RCCTO, DARPA, or Service Research Laboratories.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with strong analytical and strategic planning capabilities to drive program expansion.
