The ideal candidate will oversee and work closely with the system owner to identify and document existing architecture as well as work in a developmental capability to build and maintain a complex Army system. The ability to receive and translate real-world needs into technical specifications makes the candidate an integral part of delivering customer focused engineering solutions. As the CDO Lead on our team, the candidate will be part of a team driving security improvement through assessments of Department of Defense systems and will perform multiple cyber vulnerability assessment functions including penetration testing, vulnerability scanning, security controls validation, and will support detecting, identifying, and mitigating organizational cyber threats. This position requires direct customer interaction and expertise in red teaming and/or penetration testing, and in developing defensive architectures and deployment of numerous cybersecurity technologies that aid in cyber threat risk reduction. PeopleTec is currently seeking a Identity Data Management Specialist to support our Colorado Springs, CO. location.   The employee shall serve as an Identity Data Management (IDM) specialist in support of sensitive USASMDC activities and operations. Coordinate with supported DoD and Non-DoD agencies to formulate and implement effective strategies and mechanisms to reduce the risk of compromise to sensitive programs and operations. The IDM Subject Matter Expert (SME) will provide IDM operational and training support while serving as the organization's SME for IDM matters, to include planning, coordination, training, implementation, and management; provide policy recommendations to the commander; prepare and submit reports regarding IDM operational activities. Apply comprehensive vulnerability risk management practices and principles to create and execute an IDM program to augment and enhance the Command’s operations security program. PeopleTec is currently seeking a  Mid-Level SATCOM Military Analyst  to support our Peterson  Air Force Base Colorado Springs, CO.     The Mid- Level Military Operations Analyst will provide Wideband Global SATCOM (WGS) Subject Matter Expertise (SME) support for activities required in the effective implementation, management, and direction of the Operational Project Lead (OPL) activities required to implement Wideband SATCOM operations in accordance with agreements established by the WGS Multilateral Memorandum of Understanding (MOU). Extensive interaction with Australia, Belgium, Canada, Czech Republic, Denmark, Luxembourg, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Polandand the United Kingdom is required. The WGS SME shall support all operational and technical related aspects of the WGS Multilateral MOU.   - Maintain a direct liaison with the U.S. Military Departments, Joint Staff, Defense Information Systems Agency, International Partners, the Office of the Secretary of Defense, and the users of SATCOM systems as directed to provide necessary support to the OPL responsibilities. - Support the development of policy and procedures for the implementation of all operational aspects of the WGS Multilateral MOU. - Develop, prepare, deliver, and present reports and briefing materials as directed for recurring and ad hoc meetings in support of the MOU.
